Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy
WRONG SIZE?
Keep it & Split the Difference Policy
Because every shirt is custom-printed to order, we cannot accept traditional size-based returns. But we don't leave you stuck with a shirt that doesn't fit.
Here's how we handle it:
🚫 No Return Required 🚫
Keep the shirt you have...
Give it to your bassist, donate it, or pass it along to another drummer who can use it. Just reach out via our Contact page and let us know you ordered the wrong size and what size you need. We'll send you the correct size for 50% off—no return required.
Avoid the Sizing Gamble
The Gildan Softstyle 64000 generally runs true to size for most customers. Check our size chart below 👇 before you order. Also check out our FAQ page—specifically THE SHIRTS section—for more information about the Gildan 64000.
Fabric Care & Shrinkage
For solid-color shirts (100% cotton), avoid high heat to prevent the possibility of shrinking. When in doubt, size up. If you're ordering a heather or antique color, those contain a polyester blend; they drape beautifully and are much less likely to shrink when exposed to heat.
📝 To request a wrong-size exchange, use our Contact page. Please include your order number and the exact size you need.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your shirt arrives with a printing defect, a tear, or the wrong item entirely, we will fix it immediately at no cost to you. No questions asked.
Here's what to do:
STEP 1: Take A Photo
Snap a quick picture of the issue.
STEP 2: Send Us the Photo
Email the photo to operations@drumfoolery.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your name, order number, and a brief note about what's wrong.
STEP 3: Get Your Replacement
We'll ship a brand-new replacement right away—no return required.
📝 Defective or incorrect item claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Please include a photo of the issue, your order number, and a brief description.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES
Because production begins quickly after an order is placed, we have a very short window for cancellations or changes. If you need to cancel or modify your order, contact us immediately at operations@drumfoolery.com with your order number.
We cannot guarantee cancellation or changes once production has begun. If we're unable to catch it in time, the rest of our Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy applies.
LOST OR UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
Get ready for some eye rolls—sorry, we gotta do it.
If your tracking shows "delivered" but your package hasn't arrived, here's what to do:
STEP 1: Don't Panic!
We're just trying to lighten the mood, but seriously, don't panic. We're here for you.
STEP 2: Check the Perimeter
Look around all entry points to your home, including mailboxes, porches, and garages. Who knows what the new delivery driver's thinking.
STEP 3: Ask Around
Check with neighbors, building management, or anyone who may have accepted it on your behalf. Hopefully in a nice way, not a "you play your drums too loud and this is payback" kind of way.
STEP 4: Give It Time
Wait 24–48 hours. Carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered a day early. Technology was supposed to fix this kind of stuff; good thing there's always an acoustic drum set to rely on.
STEP 5: Contact Us
This is where it gets serious: if it's still missing after 48 hours, reach out via our Contact page with your order number and tracking information. We'll work with you to find a resolution.
📝 Drumfoolery is not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout. Please double-check your address before placing your order.
